Kids and Teens' Programme
BJJ School Belfast’s Kid’s and Teen’s Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) programmes have been designed to teach youths aged 6-16 the technical skills of BJJ, for both competition and self-defence, while allowing them to experience core values like focus, discipline, persistence, self-confidence, co-operation and respect. BJJ is ideal for children and teens in so many ways and we find that many kids – including those that struggle at team sports and those with discipline or self-confidence issues – thrive on the mats.
At BJJ School Belfast we have some of the most experienced youth coaches in Ireland and our Kids’ and Teen’s programmes are led by BJJ Black Belts Kevin McCall and Ciaran Toal, who have coached kids and teens to develop themselves and also compete and win medals at an Irish, British and European level.
Our Programme is typically subdivided into different groups to accommodate students of different ages and skill levels
- Juniors (6-7 Years Old),
- Teens (8-14 years old).
So register your interest today so that your kids can enjoy:
