It was great to have Stu and Marty from RMNU Ireland drop into our very busy Thursday class with BJJ black belt Eddie Salisbury. The mats were packed with almost 20 guys training hard in our Advanced Class.
Everyone is welcome to come and train in the club, and we love having visitors.
